If you're maxed out in your current position and have the personal drive and burning desire to earn over $100,000 per year in sales commissions, selling custom designed, specialty cold formed and precision machined components, we need you. Take back control of your compensation and your sales career.

If you're good enough to help us refine and execute our sales strategy, sign new customers and create new markets in our industry that result in closed orders, you're the person we need: We are seeking a person who knows where to look for securing new business from their established OEM contacts and know how to close an order for cold formed and impact extruded components. Only one metric applies — new customer sales. The right candidate is driven to be #1 in sales and commission income and is capable of producing results (orders) within 90 days. You will have a proven record of success in industrial sales to new customers. We want an A-Type Person with a burning desire to win. The right person will report to the VP of Marketing and New Business Development.

Stalcop is a repetitive manufacturer of customer designed, specialty cold formed components serving various industrial OEM markets including automotive, heavy duty truck, electrical distribution and specialty battery.

Cold Forming Tool Design Engineer

Stalcop is looking for a skilled Cold Forming Tool Design Engineer at our Indiana facility.

Successful candidates must have the following qualifications; BSME or equivalent, Proficient in Solid-works or similar solid modeling software, proficient in AutoCAD, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

5 years experience minimum in cold forming tool & process design for cold formers, part formers, and Nut Forming equipment. Secondary operations such as CNC machining, Programming, press forming, thread rolling and knowledge of materials, heat treatments and surface treatments would be a plus.

The ideal candidate will have good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, strong project management skills, knowledge of tool steels and their application, Hydraulics and Pneumatics, strong math skills, and outstanding people skills.

    • Header Set-Up Associates

    Stalcop is seeking Header Setup associates with two (2) or more years experience in setting up, troubleshooting and operating Cold Forming Heading equipment (strong mechanical skills). Blue print reading knowledge and experience using a wide variety of quality measuring instruments are additional requirements. Experience in setting up 1 Die - 2 Blow headers or similar Heading equipment is preferred. Demonstrated positive verbal and written communication skills and the willingness to work overtime as required.

    Machine Set-Up Associates

    Stalcop is seeking Machine Setup associates with two (2) or more years experience in setting up, troubleshooting, and operating manufacturing equipment (strong mechanical skills). Blue print reading knowledge and experience using a wide variety of quality measuring instruments are additional requirements. Experience in setting up presses (mechanical and hydraulic), and automatic multi-station equipment is preferred. Demonstrated positive verbal and written communication skills, and the willingness to work overtime as required.

    CNC Machine Programmer/Operator

    Stalcop is seeking CNC Setup/Operators. Successful candidate must have five (5) or more years experience in setup of CNC lathes. The successful candidate must be willing to work night, have excellent mechanical skills and work overtime as required.

    Maintenance Technician

    Stalcop is seeking a Maintenance Technician. Successful candidate must have the following qualifications and be willing to work night shift: self directed, excellent attitude, two or more years experience with manufacturing equipment troubleshooting and repair; specifically, cold headers, power presses and machining equipment. The following are preferred qualifications: experience with plumbing/electrical projects, overall general facilities maintenance, and Allen Bradley PLC troubleshooting and/or CNC maintenance programming.
